Allie really wanted a winter wedding, which is why she planned her wedding for February. We’ve had a crazy winter. The day before her wedding it was 70 degrees outside! Thankfully the weather cooled down quite a bit for her wedding and it even snowed!
We started off Allie & Chris’ wedding at The Lake Club in Poland with some getting ready photos. We loved all of Allie’s pretty rose gold details. We then headed to Stambaugh Auditorium in Youngstown for a first look, family photos, and bridal party photos. Allie kept her bridal party super small. She just had her sister as her maid of honor and Chris had a close friend as his best man. Smaller bridal parties are awesome for keeping the drama to a minimum. We loved Allie’s fun black jacket for the outdoor photos!
Allie & Chris has a private ceremony at The Lake Club for immediate family. It was so intimate and personal, which was really nice. Our favorite moment was definitely Chris yelling “HOT DAMN” right before they were announced as husband and wife.
After their ceremony they went right into a cocktail hour then reception. Something New Florists did a wonderful job with the reception decor. The couches and tables were a really fun and unique touch! Our favorite moment from the reception was the book that Allie’s father gave Chris during his toast. It was “The Story of What Happens to Men Who Do Not Take Care of Their Italian Wives From Youngstown” Written By Pete “The Anchor” Bonanno. That definitely had us and everyone in the room laughing.
Congratulations again Allie & Chris!
