Emily and Tyler had the perfect day. It started out with the details at St. Patricks church in Hubbard. The stained glass was a perfect backdrop for her dress! We just love the natural light in this church. It was a gorgeous ceremony and so many of their friends and family came to witness the marriage.
Emily had her heart set on taking photos at Niles McKinley Memorial after the church and we were so glad the weather cooperated! It was a perfect place for a large bridal party and the pictures speak for themselves. On our way there, we passed a Dollar General parking lot that had an awesome ivy wall and they trusted our judgement when we asked if we could swing by there on the way to the reception for a few pictures of the two of them. It was nice to mix it up and offer greenery along with the columns and architecture at McKinley.
Next stop, the reception at Mahoning Country Club in Girard. Let me just say, that this was one of the most fun receptions we have seen in a long time. The entire night, the dance floor was packed and everyone was singing along. Emily’s cousin Michael was helping the DJ and being an all around hype man for the reception. He only stepped down from the DJ booth to teach Tyler how the “Dougie” was done. At the end of the night the last song was “Time of My Life”. Emily and Tyler had practiced the move from “Dirty Dancing” for months. We admit we were a little nervous for them but they pulled it off and we have the pictures to prove it!
Congratulations Emily and Tyler!
