We were looking forward to this wedding for a long time. Krista and Frank are some of the most thoughtful clients we have had. We photographed their engagement party, bridal shower, and rehearsal dinner. At each one of those events they made sure we not only ate, but even packed things for us to take home! Krista is one of our favorite super fans. We can always count on her to like most anything we post on social media. We could tell she was excited to work with us and excited for her big day!
The details were perfect and it was such a lovely ceremony . Their grand exit from the church was amazing with all of the confetti! Definitely something we haven’t seen before and it made for some amazing pictures. After the family photos, we headed to the Lake Club for the bridal party photos. We were able to get everything we needed just before the rain started.
Next we went straight to the reception at The Embassy. The reception decor was GORGEOUS! All of the staff and vendors worked hard to make sure everything was perfect. If we had to sum it up into one word it would be bling. But that’s not all… They had another room that could also be perfectly summed up into one word.. CHOCOLATE! Krista’s family owns Giannos Candies and there was an entire room practically made of chocolate. Candy tables lined the whole room with vase centerpieces made of chocolate. There was a chocolate fountain and more variety of candies to count. The entire room smelled like a chocolate factory. Much like ourselves, Krista is a perfectionist and helped put the whole room together before the wedding day.
The events at the reception all had awesome personal touches that made the night one of a kind. From having family friends sing and entertain during cocktail hour to her maid of honor’s speech including a family photo from Krista’s parent’s wedding. Her parent’s were also celebrating their anniversary and shared a special spotlight dance. No Greek wedding is complete without the traditional Greek dancing and money thrown at the newlyweds. They even threw plates! As you can see, everyone had a blast. Congratulations again Krista and Frank! We were honored to take part in your big day.
