Sunny and Thomas’ gorgeous outdoor ceremony took place at the Kidston Pavilion at The Rose Gardens in Mill Creek Park. We love outdoor ceremonies, especially when the lighting works out in our favor. Thomas cried when he saw Sunny walking down the aisle, which was adorable. We love when grooms have emotional reactions to seeing their bride!
Sunny & Thomas’ style was one of our favorites from all of the weddings we’ve done. We loved how they made their wedding their own. It makes it so much more unique and fun to photograph. Sunny’s short dress and amazing bird cage veil, Thomas’ stylish blue suit and bow tie were incredible! We also enjoyed how the bridesmaids wore different dresses.
After we finished up with photos at the park we then went to The Poland Library for some more photos then to The Lake Club for even more photos before the reception. Planning enough time between the ceremony and reception is so important and we are so glad we had so much time! Having more than enough time means we have time to be more creative, go to multiple locations, and also allows you to not feel so rushed and to be able to enjoy your day that much more.
We adored their reception decorations. Particularly the old books, succulents, their message in a bottle guestbook idea, and their cake topper!
During their first dance their children joined them. It was such an emotional moment that had so many people, including me, in tears.
Congratulations again Sunny and Thomas!
